Dosage
For adults, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) twice a day. For children over 12 years old, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) once a day.
For children over 3 years old, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) once a day. Enjoy with meals.
Shake before use. Can be mixed with water, smoothie or juice.
