Delivery costs are determined by the weight and volume of the product. The product cart shows the starting price of the product's delivery cost. Delivery costs may increase if the product is ordered in large quantities at once. When selecting a delivery method, you will see the final delivery cost of your order and delivery method options.  Delivery terms in brief:

  1. Products have a 14-day return policy.
  2. The product is in stock 4-6 working days. If the ordered product has exceptionally run out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately.
  3. If the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, or the product is defective, the consumer should immediately notify the customer service of the online store either by e-mail [email protected] or by phone (preferably Whatsapp) +358 44 78 25504 (Mon-Fri 9.00-16.00).
  4. is not responsible if the delivery of the order is difficult, cancelled or delayed due to a circumstance beyond's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, official decision, disruption of public traffic or other similar online store or dissuasive.

 Delivery methods:

Delivery to SmartPost - parcel locker or Posti pick-up point cost is 5.90 € if the order is less than 10 kg

 And the cost of the parcel locker or Posti pick-up point is 7.90 € if the order is 10-18 kg

 Delivery time 4-6 working days

  • The parcel is delivered to the nearest post office
  • Notification is sent via SMS on arrival of the parcel
  • Shelf life of the parcel is 7 days
  • The maximum size of a SmartPOST-delivery standard is 60 x 36 x 60cm and the maximum weight is 18 kg.
  • If the shipment is large, the package will be delivered to the post office closest to your home address. Notification on arrival of the parcel will also inform you where the package can be picked up.

 Home Delivery cost is € 9.90 if the order is less than 10 kg and if the order is 10-18 kg the Home Delivery cost is € 12.90.

  • The size and weight of the order should be less than 120 x 60 x 60 cm and 18 kg for the Home Delivery or to Workplace. The package will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.
  • If the package is delivered to the workplace, the delivery will only be made to public spaces. The package will be delivered on the working day following the processing of the mail order between 9 am and 9 pm.
  • If the recipient cannot be reached, the package will be delivered to the local post office and an arrival notification will be left at the recipient's address.
  • Shelf life of packages is 7 days

 Payment methods:

 Klarna Checkout Payment Service: Your options include Invoice, Installment Payment, Online Banking and Credit Cards - all equally secure.

Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Eurocard.

Klarna invoice: You will receive an invoice with your order. You have a 14-day interest-free payment period. Billing surcharge 3.60 euros.

Installment - Klarna account: You can pay for your order in parts by using Klarna Installment payment method. When you pay with Klarna's installment, Klarna Oy will automatically open an account for you in connection with the first order.

You can shorten the total amount of the account in monthly installments by your choice, but minimum payment is € 9 or at least 1/24 of the total invoice, whichever is bigger. If you wish, you can always pay off the balance of the invoice at once.

All purchases you make with Klarna installments are automatically combined into the same account and the same monthly invoice, even when you pay with Klarna installments when you shop in other online stores. You only get one invoice per month, with only one billing surcharge, regardless on the quantity of the orders. Once you have paid the balance of the invoice, the account will be closed automatically.

In order to complete the purchase, your will need to provide your personal identity number, address which you provided in the population register and information about your annual income. You will receive a decision to accept your order immediately after confirming the order. When you pay with Klarna for the first time, you will be sent an account agreement by post, which you must sign and send to Klarna Oy.
