Sana - Sol Omega-3 (150 capsules) fish oil capsules contain natural fatty acids from triglycerides. The product contains important long-chained omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. The positive effect is achieved with daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. The recommended daily dose (2 capsules) of fish oil contains 600 mg of OMEGA-3 fatty acids among which EPA 160 mg and  DHA 100 mg. Gelatin in capsules is derived from cattle.
