The products have a full 14 day return policy. The returned product must be unused and unchanged. The customer pays the full costs of returning a product. When the order is received back, payment for the order is made to the customer automatically. Write the following address on the top of the package:

Returns must be notified in advance by email to [email protected]

In your notification, please kindly indicate:

• Reason for return
• Subscriber name and order number
• Do you just want to return the product and get the money back into your account or do you want to send a similar product to replace the damaged or incorrect product (and refund any difference)

The right to return our online store does not apply to:

• food and other grocery products such as natural products and pet foods, cosmetics, household chemicals and papers, etc.
• goods delivered sealed which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

 

Suitcase warranty

AlezaR suitcases and backpacks have guarantee against material and manufacture defects. Defective products purchased from our online store will be exchanged free of charge during the validity period of the receipt. If the product you have purchased from us has a warranty defect, please contact our customer service by e-mail at: [email protected]

The warranty does not cover:

• abuse
• negligence
• aesthetic damage caused by transport
• belonging

If the product is damaged during transport (eg in the hold of an aircraft), the airport arrival service must be notified immediately.

Spare parts for suitcases

Spare parts such as locks, wheels and handles are available for most suitcases purchased from our online store. We need the following information:

• order number
• list the name, EAN code and color of the ordered suitcase
