The cold-pressed flaxseed oil in the preparation improves the absorption of fat-soluble vitamin D.

Ingredients: Cold pressed linseed oil, Gelatin (capsule, pharmaceutical grade), Moisturizer (glycerol), Vitamin D3 preparation (colecalciferol)

Dosage: One capsule per day; swallowed whole with water.
