Ingredients: Water. fructose (contains fructose), lemon flavor, melatonin, thickener (xanthan gum), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservatives (calcium sorbate, sodium sorbate).

Dosage: For falling asleep: For adults, 6 sprays under the tongue as needed 10-30 minutes before going to bed. For the problem of falling asleep due to time difference: For adults, 6 sprays (1.9 mg) under the tongue. Melatonin helps to alleviate the individual effects of the time difference when taking a dose of at least 0.5 mg close to bedtime on the first day of travel and the next few days after arrival at the destination.
