Sana-sol Zinc contains zinc and vitamin C. Both zinc and vitamin C contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also helps to reduce fatigue and stress, and to encrease iron absorption. Lactose-free and gluten-free. The almond-shaped pill is easy to swallow.
