Melatosell 1.9mg Melaton 60pills. Melatonin is a hormone involved in regulating of sleep-wake rhythm, which is produced mainly from the pineal gland of the brain. The amount of light affects the melatonin production. At night and in wintertime, it is most unstable.Individual features and age affect our ability to produce proper ammount of melatonin. So do stress and overuse of alcohol.

Melatosell® can nutritionally replace the body's own reduced melatonin levels. Melatonin helps shorten the time of falling asleep, as it prepares the body for sleeping, lowering body temperature and alertness levels. Melatonin does not affect the structure of sleep and does not cause morning fatigue. Melatonin can also be used during a time difference sleep problem.

In this case, it is taken several days after arrival at the destination. Melatonin restores the body's own internal circadian rhythm. Melatosell® pills can be sucked on, causing them to act quickly. The absorption of melatonin is enhanced if pills are taken on an empty stomach.
