Collagen is the most commonly occurring protein in the body. It is e.g. in bone, cartilage, tendons, around organs and skin and it gives them support and strength. In collagen tablets, the collagen is hydrolyzed, i.e. broken down into a form that is easier for the body to utilize.

Ingredients
Fish collagen, filler (cellulose), L-carnosine, starch (corn), maltodextrin, stabilizers (hydroxypropyl cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), sodium L-ascorbate, zinc sulfate, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), emulsifier (polyvinylpyrrolidone), D-biotin .

The recommended daily dose (1-2 tabl.) contains:
