Contains the active ingredients methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), mussels and shark cartilage. MSM is a natural organic sulfur compound responsible for tissue regeneration. Green mussel Omega-3 fatty acids lubricate the joints and maintain their ability to function. Shark cartilage contains e.g. rich in proteins (about 40 different) that act as lubricants in the joints.
