Product description
Long-acting Melatonin can increase the amount of melatonin in the body and thus it helps to fall asleep faster and improve sleep quality. Ingredients: Fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agents (silica, magnesium salts of vegetable fat acids), melatonin (origin: non-EU). Dosage: For adults, 1 tablet close to bedtime to reduce the time to fall asleep.
To alleviate the individual effects of the time difference, 1 tablet close to bedtime on the first day of travel and the next few days after arrival at the destination. Active ingredients / 1 tablet: Melatonin 1.9 mg. Notes: The product is not recommended for people under 18 years of age or pregnant women. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
