L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid for the body, which must be obtained from food every day, because the body cannot produce it itself. Tryptophan is needed, among other things, for the formation of the brain's neurotransmitter, serotonin.

Together, Tryptophan, lemon balm, magnesium and vitamin B6 soothe each evening. Vitamin B6 and magnesium promote the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions.

Ingredients: Bulking agents (cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), L-tryptophan**, magnesium oxide**, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6)**. lemon balm extract 4:1** (Melissa officinalis, contains maltodextrin from corn).
