VN Hyvän Olon Melatonin 1.9mg 200pills. Melatonin speeds up falling asleep process, relieves sleep problems caused by time difference. Ingredients: Fillers (E460, E468), anti-clogging agents (E551, E470b) melatonin. Use: To fall asleep: For adults, 1 pill per day with liquid 30 minutes before bedtime. Problem of falling asleep due to time difference: For adults, 1 pill per day with liquid if necessary.
Number of active ingredients / 1 pill: Melatonin 1.9mg. Unsweetened, gluten-free, preservative-free. Does not contain yeast, dairy or soy. Melatonin should not be used concomitantly with sleeping medication or sedatives. Melatonin is also not recommended to be used during pregnancy or breast-feeding or for those with breast cancer. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
