Leader's Super Hydrate Sports Drink Citrus is a stomach-friendly and fast-absorbing sports drink powder. Four carbohydrates that release energy at different speeds make the product unique!

Cluster Dextrin™ is a very stomach-friendly carbohydrate that quickly moves from the digestive tract to the muscles. Traditional maltodextrin is slightly slower to absorb. Isomaltulose, in turn, is a compound similar to table sugar that has been modified to break down more slowly and be more tooth-friendly. Fructose can be used to increase the maximum amount of carbohydrates absorbed per hour by 50% from 60 grams to 90 grams, which is especially beneficial in endurance sports.

L-leucine acts as the fifth source of energy during sports performance. It also activates protein synthesis, which is always beneficial for athletes. The sports drink's salt, magnesium and potassium supplements replace electrolytes, such as salt, that are lost through sweating and maintain fluid balance. Guerande sea salt naturally contains small amounts of several minerals and trace elements.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system during and after strenuous exercise, and promotes normal energy metabolism.
