Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after skeletal muscle fatigue following intense and/or prolonged physical exercise. The beneficial effect is achieved by ingesting carbohydrates from different sources in portions with a total intake of 4 g/kg body weight, with at least one portion consumed within 4 hours and the rest within 6 hours at the latest after physical exercise.

Ingredients: maltodextrin (maize, eu).

Dosage:
During prolonged exercise:
Mix a dose (50 g = ~ 1 dl ) of powder with 1 litre of water and consume in 2,5 dl portions every 15 minutes throughout the performance. If necessary, add 1-2 g salt to the dose to replace salt lost during sweating.

During gym training:
Mix a dose (50 g = ~1 dl) of powder with Leader Whey protein or Soy protein powders. Start drinking half an hour before your workout, drink throughout your workout.

Directions for use:
Mix a serving (50 g= ~ 1 dl) with 4 dl of water or other liquids. Consume immediately after training or start drinking half an hour before training and drink the rest during training.
