Description:

A sports drink powder containing electrolytes (sodium, potassium and magnesium) and salts, with carbohydrates and vitamin C. When dissolved in water, Leader Sports Drink is a ready-to-drink sports drink designed to maintain the body's fluid and electrolyte balance during fitness and elite sports performance.

One sachet provides 0,5 litre of finished drink. Easy to take with you.

Ingredients: glucose, maltodextrin (maize), fructose, trisodium citrate, acidity regulator (malic acid), trimagnesium disodium citrate, tripotassium citrate, sodium chloride, L-ascorbic acid, flavour, colour (ammonium sulphite sugar sweetener), sweetener (sucralose).

Directions for use: mix the contents of the sachet (45 g) with a 4,5 dl bottle of cold water. The recommended drink has a carbohydrate content of 7,9 % and an osmolality of 330 mOsm/kg. The drink can be diluted with water to the desired carbohydrate content. To be drunk during sports performance. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
