Lactoferrin is a natural ingredient in milk that promotes the bioavailability of iron by binding iron to the gut.

Lactoferrin regulates intracellular iron balance by promoting the migration of iron from cellular stores into the bloodstream and preventing the accumulation of excess iron in cells. Lactoferrin strengthens the body's natural defense mechanisms and also promotes skin well-being.

Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron, promotes the normal functioning of the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress, and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
