Sana-Sol Magnesium Citrate+vitamin B6 contains magnesium, which contributes to the normal functioning of muscles. Magnesium also supports protein synthesis and electrolyte balance. Sana-Sol Magnesium Citrate + Vitamin B6 tablet is lactose-free and gluten-free. The tablet is now almond-shaped, which makes it much easier to swallow than a round tablet.
